git-mediawiki software package provides fast, scalable, distributed revision control system (MediaWiki interoperability), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install git-mediawiki
git-mediawiki is installed in your system.
Make ensure the git-mediawiki package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep git-mediawiki *
You will get with git-mediawiki package name, version, architecture and description in a table
